Almost a quarter done! I am doing OK, not so much tired today. I had a massive cramp in my leg last night, horrible one I must say. So I did a bit of research and found out that is most likely to be due the lack of magnesium. Paul Bragg does recommend hard water and hard water is very rich in magnesium, but I cannot get it here. And it doesn't store in the body much, so I have decided to get a supplement. Feeling much better now.
