No, I haven't broken my diet yesterday, in fact I took it further and turned it into the first day of water fasting. I am feeling much better, getting used to it, feeling much more energised. Last night I did develop a sore throat and a headache (seems like headache is going to be a permanent feature of this process).
I actually gained 0.5kg taking my weight to 75.9kg but lost 4cm around my hips and 4.5cm around my waist.
Hopefully I will get used to it soon, things I miss the most is coffee in the morning and tea in the evening, also for the past two nights I've been having food dreams ;)
